## Use your iLOQ Manager person list for handovers

With person synchronisation enabled, you can select a recipient from your iLOQ Manager person list when preparing a handover in LivionKey Register. You do not need to enter their details again. If the recipient is not yet listed, you can add them when preparing the handover. Their details are also saved in iLOQ Manager.

When the recipient collects the key from the cabinet, it is assigned to them in iLOQ Manager. Once they return it, the key is no longer shown as assigned to them.

## Key details are updated when the key is collected

The key name you enter and the property you select when preparing a handover are updated in iLOQ Manager when the key is collected. You can then find the key by its name under the correct property.

For example, you can select a maintenance technician as the recipient, name the key Maintenance key and separately select the property they will be visiting. Once they collect the key, iLOQ Manager shows the recipient, the name you entered and the property you selected.

## Choose the key colour when preparing a handover

The round coloured cap on an iLOQ S5 key helps people identify it. You might give children keys of a particular colour, for example. The colour can also help identify a key when someone reports it lost.

You can now record each key’s colour in LivionKey Register and choose which colour key to issue when preparing a handover. You can also add the colour to the key’s name in iLOQ Manager. The colour appears in English after the key name, for example Maintenance key (Blue). Colour does not affect how the key works or its access rights.

## Enable the features in your organisation settings

You can enable these features in your organisation’s iLOQ settings in LivionKey Register if you have permission to manage LivionKey20. These features may require additional permissions for your iLOQ API account. If any required permissions are missing, LivionKey Register warns you during setup and asks you to add them.
